Getting started
How do I create an account?
Choose Create free account and sign up with your email. No card is needed. Cindra then shows you around.
How do I add my first loan?
Add it by hand, or import a Danish loan statement. The file stays on your device: your browser reads it, our server finds the figures in the text, and neither the file nor the text is saved.
Which countries can I use Cindrus in?
In every market we support. Monitoring against local market rates starts in Denmark.
Loans and numbers
Where do the market rates come from?
In Denmark from Statistics Denmark's average rates on new mortgage loans, fixed and variable. The source and the date are shown next to the figures.
Why is a figure marked as an estimate?
Because it depends on information that can change, such as future rates or costs. We always show what the estimate is based on.
Is Cindrus financial advice?
No. Cindrus shows your numbers and the calculation behind them. It never recommends a specific loan or provider.
Account and privacy
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time and on every plan, under Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Under Settings. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone, and it also ends any subscription. Information we must keep by law, such as accounting records, is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who can I ask about my data?
Use the form for questions about your data. We answer in writing and keep a record of every request.
