A new subscription starts with a free trial of 14 days, from the day you subscribe. There is one free trial per person and per payment card. Nothing is charged during the trial. We email you 3 days before it ends with the date and the amount, and the first payment is taken when it ends.
Yes, any time, and it costs nothing. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Otherwise your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and your account then moves to Free. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you subscribe. It runs at the same time as the free trial. The terms explain how it works.
Your data stays. A loan above the new plan's limit is no longer watched, but you can still read and edit it. We never delete it.
